Fee policy update

Following the request of several of our clients, we have updated our fee policy so that we no longer have dual prices depending on the payment method. We have also added a table in our Publication Fee page with our calculated Article Publication Charges (APCs) for articles with various number of pages (from 6 to 15) for further simplification.

Over the past months it became evident that payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club) / Google Pay / Apple Pay is, by far, the preferred payment method for our clients. Hence, as of today, our fee policy has been updated and from now on a single price will be calculated and announced for each submisison, regardless of the payment method.

We are also working towards solving the link cancellation problem (unique links for card payment gets cancelled when a transaction fails) and hopefully we will be able to announce the solution to that problem too.
